Privacy policy
This policy explains how Learning Media Publication ("we") collects and uses your personal data on LM Course (https://lmcourse.com), in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number, state and password (stored encrypted).
- Learning data: courses joined, lessons completed, test scores and doubts you ask.
- Payment details: order amount, billing name, state, GSTIN (if given) and the payment reference from CCAvenue or PayPal. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser and login devices – used for security and to enforce the device limit.
- Call-back requests: name, phone and the exam you are interested in.
Why we use it
To give you access to your courses, track progress, send invoices and important course emails, answer doubts, call you back when you ask, prevent account sharing and fraud, and meet tax and legal requirements.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (payment gateways, video hosting, email, hosting) or when required by law. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in My profile, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account (we keep invoices as required by tax law). Contact admin@lmcourse.com.
