By creating an account or buying a course on LM Course (https://lmcourse.com) you agree to these terms.
Your account
- One account is for one student only. Do not share your login. You can be logged in on a limited number of devices at a time; logging in on a new device signs out the oldest one.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Course access
- Access lasts for the validity shown when you buy (for example 12 months). After that, you can renew.
- Course content, schedules and teachers may be updated or improved over time.
Content protection
- All videos, notes, tests and other material are owned by Learning Media Publication or its teachers and are for your personal study only.
- Recording, downloading, copying, sharing, reselling or uploading the content anywhere is not allowed. Videos and notes carry your name or phone number as a watermark.
- Accounts found sharing or pirating content will be blocked without refund, and we may take legal action.
Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. International payments through PayPal are in US dollars.
- Payments are processed by CCAvenue and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Other
- Results depend on your own effort; we do not guarantee selection in any exam.
- We may change these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
